You will be redirected to the PayPal website via a secured connection (SSL encrypted) after placing your order. Payment by PayPal is possible with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit advise or giropay and only if you have a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account or if you do not want to register at PayPal, you can easily pay with a PayPal guest-account via credit card or debit advise. Please be aware that the desired shipping address has to be confirmed in your PayPal account.
- Available/In Stock
When a product is still available, it just shows the price in the product overview. Please note that some sizes might still be sold out when you click on the actual product. Always check the product page for more details.
In this example, only size Small is still available. The other sizes are sold out.
- Coming Soon
When an item on the product overview page says 'Coming Soon', it means that the item will become available (again) soon. You can subscribe to a dedicated product mailing list to receive an email when the item becomes available (again).
On the product detail page, the 'Add to Cart'-button is replaced by a 'Coming Soon' button which shows a notification ("Notify me when this item is available again"). You can click the button and leave your email address to receive an automatic email when the item is available again.
If a product is sold out and doesn't show the notification to inform you when the item becomes available again, unfortunately the item will not become available again any time soon.
- Limited stock
On the product overview, if an item says 'Only x left', it means that the item is running low on stock. Don't wait too long to place your order, or it might be sold out!
- Sold Out
Sorry, but the item you're looking for isn't available anymore. Some products might still show the back in stock registration form to subscribe to the mailing list on when the item is available again, so always check the product detail page for more information.
If the item is indeed sold out, it won't be available again any time soon.
Please also keep an eye on our Instagram and/or Facebook profile to know when some products become available again.
DURING CHECKOUT, MY ADDRESS GIVES AN ERROR
Whenever you see this during during check-out, it means that the postal code you entered is a remote area to us. We're sorry about the inconvenience.
The reason why you aren't able to place an order, is that the postal area you entered is flagged as a remote area by our logistics partner and therefore, orders cannot be delivered in your region. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we're working hard to make sure your home region can enjoy our products soon.
Maybe you know a friend/family member who lives in another region who is able to receive the package for you?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
TML by Tomorrowland guarantees that the products meet the quality and quantity of the agreement, as stated on the website in the product description or product image.
If this is not the case and the products show signs of a defect, are faulty or not as advertised, please notify us within 6 months after receipt of the order. Normal wear or (un)intentional changes to the product are not covered by the warranty.
After 6 months, you need to prove that the defect already existed on receipt of the goods, for example, by showing that it is due to the poor quality of the materials used.
Under EU law you always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost. This 2-year guarantee period starts as soon as you receive your goods.
If goods you bought on the TML Webstore turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised, we will find a solution for your request. This could be to repair or replace the product free of charge, give you a price reduction or a full refund. Any form of compensation can never exceed the amount that was billed to you.
As a general rule, you will only be able to ask for a partial or full refund when it is not possible to repair or replace the goods.
You might not be entitled to a refund if the problem is minor, such as a scratch on a CD case.
You can contact our customer service and we will do our best to handle your complaint or request as soon as possible, and provide a solution. Please provide us with as much information as possible regarding your complaint so we can handle it as quickly as possible. This information is at least the order number and your full name, but can also be photos of the product and a detailed description of the defect or complaint.
WHEN IS THE NEW COLLECTION COMING OUT?
There are two magnificent collections during Summer and Winter to provide the People of Tomorrow with fashion all year round.
The TML by Tomorrowland Summer collection is normally released mid May & the Winter collection is being released around November.
Accessories and Jewelry will be available in the beginning of July, so still plenty of time to receive your items before the Festival.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will be notified about our new collection. Moreover, you can enjoy our fun content & exclusive promotions.
WHEN WILL MY PREFERRED ITEM BE IN STORE?
Whenever an item is ‘sold out’, it will not be available again in a short amount of time. However, there may be new similar products of the item you liked available, so make sure to check store.tomorrowland.com regularly.
Whenever an item is ‘coming soon’, the product will mostly be in store within the following two months. If you would like to receive a notification, make sure to click the button on the right side of the screen : ‘inform me when this item is available again’.
