ACTA NON VERBA ROSE

This limited release Syrah Rose is selected from the Anvers estate vineyard situated in the premium Adelaide Hills wine region. Syrah grapes were hand picked then gently whole bunched pressed to extract only pale pink free run juice from the berries. A long cool fermentation was then used to retain the maximum fruit character of the Syrah. This exclusive, hand crafted wine is pale pink in colour displaying vibrant cool climate red berry fruit aromas and flavour with a refreshing, crisp and dry palate. Serve chilled and enjoy with friends.
